ELLEN DeGeneres has tweeted that she will be on her way to Australia in three days.
The chat show host and her wife Portia de Rossi delayed their weekend visit to Australia after DeGeneres came down with a severe bout of the flu.
But this morning she announced the trip was back on:
"I'll be in Australia in 3 days! And I've got big plans for Sydney on Saturday. Don't miss it."
"I've got my Swisse energy tablets for the plane. This time I won't get the flu when I flew."
On Saturday, Ellen tweeted an apology:
"People of Australia! I'm down, but I'm not out. I'll be in Sydney next weekend, and Melbourne after that. More details soon!"
"Thank you, everyone, for your kind thoughts and tweets. I missed a week of shows, but I'm starting to feel better!" she said in an earlier tweet.'
