A NEWSREADER who opened a segment with a double-barrelled expletive on his first day on the job is, unsurprisingly, looking for work.
Weekend newsreader A.J Clemente was initially suspended by North Dakota's KFYR TV after he cursed "F--kin sh-t!" into a live microphone at the start of the broadcast.
While the video was a viral hit, with many calling for Clemente to be reinstated, his bosses decided otherwise.
"Unfortunately KFYRTV has decided to let me go," Clemente tweeted.

He is now looking to make an on-air comeback and got a start with an appearance on NBC's Today show
He told NBC his gaffe happened as he practicing pronouncing the names of three people in a story about the London marathon when "the fireball shot came right out of my mouth".
"When I first saw the clip it was gut wrenching. I didn't even know I said it on camera until my news director walked in on the third break," he said.
He admitted his language was "inexcusable" but said at no time dead he realise he was on air.
He is now looking for work and said in a teaser for his Today segment he was "looking forward, moving forward".
"You got to have a tough skin in this business, and it's good to laugh at yourself."
